I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at RCG. During the internship I had the chance to be involved with a highly technical project on iron ore value creation, as well as a broad strategic project to create a road map for the complete digitalization of a large steel manufacturer.
The work was challenging, but more importantly it was engaging and interesting; I appreciate that I was given the independence to develop my own ideas while always being supported by the experienced RCG team. I learned a great deal, not only about the steel industry, but about consultancy, analysis, and professional client communication.
Despite the ever-changing complexities of the COVID-19 situation, I always felt supported by my colleagues, project managers, and by the leadership, who did a commendable job of welcoming me to the team and creating a collaborative atmosphere despite the home office / office hybrid working environment.
I am convinced that RCG was the best possible place for me to complete my MBA internship.

From the start, I received immense participation opportunities in projects including direct client interaction. Becoming an integral part of the project teams, I received hands on consulting experience, working in a very entrepreneurial and autonomous manner on projects for clients located in different regions globally.
All this was enabled by the remarkable work culture at RCG. The team is geographically diverse, but still close knit, always ready to help co-workers. I felt a sense of camaraderie from the very beginning. The leadership is very trusting and supportive.
After these remarkable three months, I hoped for this learning spree to continue. So, when RCG offered me an opportunity to join as a full-time consultant, I wasted no time to grab it.

The corporate environment at RCG is worth of a separate mention as truly inspiring. The colleagues are always there for you to show their support and guide in a project.
