Senior Consultant Strategy & Operations

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Structuring, execution and completion of national and international management consulting projects on your own responsibility in the field of strategy & business transformation and operations / industrial management
• Management of international teams with staff responsibility
• Support in the acquisition of new consulting projects
• Development and expansion of methods and consultancy approaches
• Management of challenging and diversified projects, such as development and implementation of business strategies; elaboration and execution of investment strategies and feasibility studies; mapping and optimization of business processes as well as implementation support of identified measures; etc.
• Work in international teams

YOUR PROFILE

• Above-average degree of a Master’s or PhD program in the field of Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 to 5 years of consulting and / or industry experience with project planning and management experience
• Experience in the steel / metals industry
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as methodological expertise
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Distinctive social competence, strong communication and leadership skills
• Mobility and the desire to work in an international and dynamic environment
